1. Services
BroBookMe provides an online booking and scheduling platform. Providers can create booking pages, manage availability, and connect with customers. Customers can book services directly with providers.
2. Account Registration
- Providers and customers must register with accurate details (name, email, phone).
- Providers may register using standard signup or Google Login.
- Accounts that contain false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
3. Subscription Plans for Providers
- BroBookMe offers paid subscription plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime).
- Providers must maintain an active subscription to continue using premium booking features.
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Payments
- Subscription payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Razorpay.
- Customers booking services pay directly to the provider. BroBookMe does not handle or guarantee provider service payments.
5. Provider Responsibilities
- Providers are solely responsible for maintaining their availability, managing bookings, and delivering services booked through the platform.
- BroBookMe is not liable for disputes, cancellations, or issues between providers and customers.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information (name, email, phone).
- BroBookMe does not charge customers directly. Payment obligations are between customers and providers.
7. Google Calendar Integration
- Providers may connect their Google Calendar to sync booking schedules.
- By connecting Google Calendar, providers grant BroBookMe access to create and manage booking events.
- Calendar data is used only to facilitate scheduling and is not shared with third parties.
8. Data Usage
Our data collection, storage, and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data handling practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BroBookMe is a technology platform only and does not provide the services offered by providers.
- We are not responsible for service quality, disputes, cancellations, or damages arising between providers and customers.
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the provider.
10. Cancellation Policy
- BroBookMe does not provide booking cancellation or refund options for customers, as payments are made directly to providers.
- Subscription cancellations for providers are not eligible for refunds once processed.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date.
