Thank you for choosing BroBookMe. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding subscription payments and refunds.

1. Subscription Payments

  • BroBookMe offers paid subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) for providers.
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
  • Providers are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan and ensuring timely payment to maintain access to platform features.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments made to BroBookMe are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, downgrades, or early cancellation of plans.
  • This applies to monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions.

3. Automatic Renewal

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is also non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only if a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
  • In such cases, providers must contact our support team with payment proof within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Customer Payments to Providers

  • BroBookMe does not handle payments made by customers to providers.
  • Refunds for booked services are solely the responsibility of the provider and are outside BroBookMe’s control.
