BroBookMe ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our booking and scheduling platform, including integrations with Google APIs such as Google Calendar and Google Login.
1. Information We Collect
When you use BroBookMe, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
- Provider Business Information: Shop or office address, service categories, availability schedules, and pricing.
- Customer Booking Information: Name, email, phone number, and booking details (service type, time, date).
- Google User Data (via OAuth):
- Basic Google account profile (name, email address) when using Google Login.
- Google Calendar data (events and calendar ID) to sync provider bookings with Google Calendar.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To enable and manage online bookings and scheduling.
- To allow providers to connect and sync bookings with their Google Calendar.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates to providers and customers.
- To process subscription payments securely.
- To improve and personalize the user experience.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only in these cases:
- Between customers and providers for the purpose of completing a booking.
- With third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) to complete subscription transactions.
- With analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) to monitor usage and improve performance.
- With Google APIs strictly as required to provide Calendar integration and login functionality. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Data Storage & Protection
We store personal and booking data securely on our servers hosted in reputable data centers. Google user data (from Calendar or Login) is stored only as necessary to provide the booking sync functionality. We use encryption (HTTPS, TLS) and access controls to protect all data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting sup@brobookme.com or using in-app account deletion options. When an account is deleted:
- All booking and profile data are permanently deleted from our servers.
- All access tokens to Google APIs are revoked immediately.
- Data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, tax, or compliance reasons.
6. User Rights
As a user, you have the right to:
- Access and review your personal data stored with us.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Withdraw consent for Google Calendar integration at any time by disconnecting it from your account.
7. Third-Party Services
BroBookMe uses third-party services such as:
- Google APIs: For authentication and calendar integration.
- Razorpay: For subscription payment processing.
- Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics: For analytics and performance monitoring.
Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date.
