This Cancellation Policy explains the rules for canceling subscriptions and bookings on BroBookMe.

1. Provider Subscriptions

  • Providers purchase subscription plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) to access BroBookMe’s booking system.
  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled once purchased. Providers will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

2. Customer Bookings

  • Customers book services directly with providers using the BroBookMe platform.
  • BroBookMe is not responsible for cancellations of customer bookings. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund must be handled directly between the customer and the provider.
  • BroBookMe does not intervene in disputes between customers and providers.

3. Platform Role

  • BroBookMe is a booking management system only. We do not provide or manage the services being booked.
  • All cancellation policies regarding services are the responsibility of the individual provider.
