This Cancellation Policy explains the rules for canceling subscriptions and bookings on BroBookMe.
1. Provider Subscriptions
- Providers purchase subscription plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) to access BroBookMe’s booking system.
- Subscriptions cannot be canceled once purchased. Providers will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
- Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
2. Customer Bookings
- Customers book services directly with providers using the BroBookMe platform.
- BroBookMe is not responsible for cancellations of customer bookings. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund must be handled directly between the customer and the provider.
- BroBookMe does not intervene in disputes between customers and providers.
3. Platform Role
- BroBookMe is a booking management system only. We do not provide or manage the services being booked.
- All cancellation policies regarding services are the responsibility of the individual provider.
